Can I import itineraries I already have in PDF or Word?
Yes! You don’t need to rebuild them from scratch. Simply upload your PDF or Word file (or paste the text), and our AI will convert it into a digital Travel Tree itinerary in about 1 minute. It automatically extracts titles, descriptions, and even pricing structures, saving you hours of manual data entry.
Where do the photos and descriptions come from?
You have three options. First, the system prioritizes your own Personal Library. If you don’t have content for a specific spot, you can search our Global Database and drag-and-drop elements directly into your plan. Finally, you can use our “Create from Location” feature: just type a place name (e.g., “Milan Cathedral”), and the AI will instantly generate a description, translate it, and suggest high-quality, royalty-free stock photos for you to choose from.
Can the AI write descriptions in different languages?
Yes. When you create an itinerary or a new element, you can select your desired output language. If you upload a file in English but want the final proposal in Spanish, the AI will translate the content automatically during the creation process.
What if I can't find a specific hotel or activity in your database?
You can create it instantly. With our AI Element Creator, you simply enter the name of the location. The system will write the description and find relevant photos from free stock libraries for you. You can also upload your own photos, or simply paste a link to a webpage (e.g., the hotel’s official site) to automatically extract the specific images you need.
How does the itinerary look on mobile devices?
It is fully optimized for mobile-first viewing. We have recently added a “Day Picture” feature, which allows you to set a stunning, full-screen hero image for each day of the trip. This ensures that even if individual activities lack photos, the client still gets a visually immersive experience on their phone.
Does the builder handle pricing and margins?
Yes. When importing a trip, the AI will try to detect and transfer existing prices. You can then enter the builder to adjust your Net (Supplier) Price and your Selling Price. You can choose to hide the breakdown and show only a total package price, or reveal specific line items to the client.
Can I edit the itinerary after the AI creates it?
Absolutely. The AI gives you a structured draft, but you have 100% control. You can drag and drop days to reorder them, swap photos, rewrite descriptions using AI helpers, and add your own specific instructions and documents (like vouchers or tickets) before sending it to the client.
Do my clients need to download an app to view the itinerary?
No. Travel Tree is a web app. You send a unique, secure link (similar to a Google Doc) that opens instantly in any browser on any device.
Is my data secure?
